GOOD LEADERS

Not everyone desires to be a leader. Some people are very comfortable with certain responsibilities. There are also those who have the potential to lead at the top, yet refuses to do so. Those who aspire to become a leader should be groomed. Being a strong communicator helps in a leadership position. It definitely does not make a strong leader.
